Vegetable Immunity Drink

Leafy greens – Vegetables such as spinach, kale, chard, collard greens, arugula and lettuce provide loads of health benefits. Since they contain high levels of vitamins C and K, as well as beta carotene, folate and fiber, they're also powerful immune boosters.

Vegetable Immunity Drink/vitamins C

  • Cucumber: 1 big

  • Tomato: 2-3 medium size

  • Carrot: 1 small

  • Mint Leaves: 1 handful

  • Ginger Juice: 1 spoon

  • Coconut Water: 1 liter

  • Celery: small stalk (optional)

  • Wheatgrass: 8-10

  • Black salt, black pepper, lemon juice

  • Wash all the ingredients

  • Blend all, sieve it

  • Serve with lemon juice

  • Energy: 141 Kcal

  • Carbohydrates: 20 g

  • Fiber: 4.5 g

  • Protein: 8.8 g
