Fruit Infused Water

There are many health benefits of infused water including appetite control, hydration, immune defense, heartburn prevention, blood sugar regulation and weight management.

Ingredients:

  • Orange: 1 Round Sliced

  • Apple: 1 Round Sliced

  • Water: 1 Liter

Method:

  • Wash Apples, Oranges and cut them into round slices

  • Take 1 glass jar filled with 1 liter of Water

  • Put fruit slice into it overnight

  • Drink the Next whole day
