Fruit Infused Water
There are many health benefits of infused water including appetite control, hydration, immune defense, heartburn prevention, blood sugar regulation and weight management.

Orange: 1 Round Sliced
Apple: 1 Round Sliced
Water: 1 Liter
Wash Apples, Oranges and cut them into round slices
Take 1 glass jar filled with 1 liter of Water
