If you are consuming it in the form of a smoothie, wheatgrass can be mixed with fruit juice. It can also be consumed with milk as mentioned in this recipe.
Strawberries: 4-6
Banana - 2 (Alternative to Strawberries)
Milk: 150ml
Honey: 1tsp
Wheatgrass: 1tsp
Choco chips: 2tsp (optional for topping)
Put Strawberries/Banana in a blender & blend them with a little milk, to make a puree.
Now Put Honey, Wheatgrass & remainder of the Milk.
Now Put it in a Glass or Jar and Cool it for 1 hour.
