Spiced Ice Tea

Opting for unsweetened iced tea means you'll increase your intake of essential nutrients and compounds. This benefits your health as you avoid the nutritional disadvantages associated with sweetened iced tea.
Spiced Ice Tea/essential nutrients and compounds

  • Green Tea (any brand)

  • Cinnamon (Dalchini): 1 small stick

  • Black pepper: 6-7

  • Ginger: ¼ inch

  • Sauf: 1/2tsp

  • Cardamom (Elachi): 3 green

  • Lemon Juice/ Peach Juice

  • Mint Leaves: 6-7

  • Honey: ½ tablespoon (optional)

  • Water

  • Make powder of dalchini, black pepper, sauf, elachi

  • Put 1 cup Water in a pan put ginger, green tea bag & powder ½ tsp & boil it

  • Cool the water & add lemon/peach juice to it

  • Put Ice Cubes in glass & sieve the above tea mixed with honey

  • Energy- 340.8 kcal

  • Carbohydrates- 40.99 gm

  • Protein- 38 gm

  • Total Fats- 3.75 gm
