Ragi Missi Roti (Flat Bread)

Being densely packed with a host of nutrients, ragi confers valuable health benefits such as enhancing digestion, reducing the risk of heart disease, slowing down ageing and managing diabetes.
Ragi Missi Roti

  • Moong Dal Dhuli : 1 cup

  • Ragi: ½ Cup

  • Wheat flour: 1 cup

  • Olive Oil: 1 teaspoon

  • Tomato: 1 large (grate)

  • Onion: 1(small, chopped)

  • Methi Leaves: 1/2 cup (chopped)

  • Salt: As per taste

  • Black Pepper

  • Boil Moong Dhuli Dal (can use last night's leftover also)

  • Mix Wheat & Ragi flour with boiled Dal.

  • Put Chopped Onion, Crushed Tomato, and Chopped Methi leaves with the above mixture of Dal & Flour

  • Add Salt, Pepper, and Ajwain in it & kneed the Atta together.

  • Keep the mixture aside for 15 mins & then make chapatti.
