Missi Roti are Savory and Nutty Flavored Flatbreads made with a mix of whole wheat flour, gram flour and spices.

Tandoori Missi Roti

Ingredients:

  1. Wheat Flour: 50gm

  2. Besan/ Gram Flour: 50 gm

  3. Onion: 1 Small

  4. Tomato: 2 Grated

  5. Methi Leaves: 8-10 pcs

  6. Ajwain, Salt & Pepper

Method:

  1. Mix both the Atta + Besan Flour

  2. Add Chopped Onion, Grated Tomato, and Methi Leaves.

  3. Add Ajwain, Salt, and Pepper & Kneed the Atta kept aside for ½ hour.

  4. Prepare the Chapatti + Curd
