Pumpkin Soup

It’s super creamy (thanks mostly to the pumpkin, with a little help from coconut milk or cream) yet plenty healthy, too.

Pumpkin Soup/coconut milk or cream

A classic, super easy pumpkin soup that's fast to make
  1. Pumpkin: 100 Grams

  2. Onion: 2 Small

  3. Garlic: 2 Full

  4. Cream: 2 Spoons

  5. Walnut: 2-3 (Crushed)

  6. Oil: 2 Spoons

  7. Salt, Pepper & Turmeric

  1. Roast the Pumpkin in Oil in a pan

  2. Roast Onion & Garlic in another pan with skin, Cool it & remove the skin.

  3. Now add onion, garlic with pumpkin & add salt, and water & cover the lid to cook.

  4. Once tender keep it cool for a while & grind it with water.

  5. Now sieve the ingredients & give them a boil by adding black pepper, and turmeric.

  6. Add Cream once the soup is done.

  7. Add crushed walnuts.
