Cauliflower(Small) -1 (100g)
Celery Stalk - 2

Vegetable Stock - 1 Cup (150ml)
Lettuce - 10g
Basil Fresh/Dry

Method:
Diced The Veggies Like Cauliflower, Broccoli, Onion, Lettuce, Celery Stalk Steam
Put Oil In A Pan And Roast Onion, Broccoli, And Cauliflower Till It Turns Light Brown.
Now Add Garlic & Ginger Chopped/ Powder And Cook For 5 To 7 Minutes More.
Now Add Vegetable Stock And Boil It The Veggies Till Tender
Blend The Above Veggies When It Comes To Normal Temperature.
Add Salt And Pepper As Per Taste.
Serve Hot With Lemon Juice.
