Cruciferous Soup

Rich in many Vitamins and Minerals, Cruciferous Vegetables are also a great source of Omega-3s. These healthy fats are essential to many bodily functions — like helping to maintain good Cognitive Health, reducing the risk of Mental Decline, and conditions like Alzheimer's Disease

Ingredients:

  1. Broccoli - 1 (100g)

  2. Cauliflower(Small) -1 (100g)

  3. Celery Stalk - 2

  4. Small Diced Onion - 1 (60g)

  5. Onion Powder - 1/ 2 Tsp

  6. Garlic Powder -1/ 2 Tsp

  7. Olive Oil - 1sp.(5ml)

  8. Vegetable Stock - 1 Cup (150ml)

  9. Lettuce - 10g

  10. Basil Fresh/Dry

  11. Salt And Pepper As Per Taste

Method:

  1. Diced The Veggies Like Cauliflower, Broccoli, Onion, Lettuce, Celery Stalk Steam

  2. Put Oil In A Pan And Roast Onion, Broccoli, And Cauliflower Till It Turns Light Brown.

  3. Now Add Garlic & Ginger Chopped/ Powder And Cook For 5 To 7 Minutes More.

  4. Now Add Vegetable Stock And Boil It The Veggies Till Tender

  5. Blend The Above Veggies When It Comes To Normal Temperature.

  6. Add Salt And Pepper As Per Taste.

  7. Serve Hot With Lemon Juice.
