Ingredients:
Curd - 150 gm
Boiled Plain Rice - 1 Katori Large (200 gm Cooked)
Rai - 1/4 Tsp
Onion - 2 Small
Curry Leaves - 5-6
Roasted Peanut - 1 Tbsp
Oil - 1 Tsp
Salt & Pepper - As Per Taste
Method:
Use Old Boiled Rice or Boil The Rice For The Day Before Cooking.
Put Curd In Boiled Rice. Keep Aside For 1-2 Hr.
Put Oil In A Pan Add Curry Leaves, Mustard Seeds, Chopped Onion & Stir Fry Till Light Brown.
Add Curd Rice In It & Cook At High Flame & Stir To Avoid Burn & Cook It For 2 Minutes At Low Flame.
Once The Curd Water Dries, Add Salt, Pepper And Peanuts.
Serve Hot With Coriander Leaves.
