This delicious Lentil Soup is ready in less than an hour and is best served with a squeeze of lemon.
Lentil Dal (Whole): 20gm
Lentil Dal (Split): 20gm
Spinach leaves: 30gm
Tomato: 15gm
Milk: 20ml
Oil: 5ml
Ginger: Small piece (just for flavoring)
Flavoring Ingredients:
Tarmaric:1/2 tsp
Salt: (as per taste)
Black Pepper: as per taste
Lemon Juice: ¼ tsp
Soak The Dal 20 min Prior.
Wash Spinach, Tomato, and Ginger.
Boil Dal, Spinach, Tomato & Ginger for 20 mins in a Pressure Cooker.
Blend the Above Mixture in a Blender till Thin
Strain the Soup & Add Milk, and give it a boil.
Add Oil, Salt, Turmeric, and Black Pepper.
Serve with Lemon Juice.
