Lentil Soup

This delicious Lentil Soup is ready in less than an hour and is best served with a squeeze of lemon.

Lentil Soup/ Lentil Soup
  • Lentil Dal (Whole): 20gm

  • Lentil Dal (Split): 20gm

  • Spinach leaves: 30gm

  • Tomato: 15gm

  • Milk: 20ml

  • Oil: 5ml

  • Ginger: Small piece (just for flavoring)

Flavoring Ingredients:

  • Tarmaric:1/2 tsp

  • Salt: (as per taste)

  • Black Pepper: as per taste

  • Lemon Juice: ¼ tsp

  • Soak The Dal 20 min Prior.

  • Wash Spinach, Tomato, and Ginger.

  • Boil Dal, Spinach, Tomato & Ginger for 20 mins in a Pressure Cooker.

  • Blend the Above Mixture in a Blender till Thin

  • Strain the Soup & Add Milk, and give it a boil.

  • Add Oil, Salt, Turmeric, and Black Pepper.

  • Serve with Lemon Juice.
