Baingan Bharta (With Soybean)

Baingan Bharta With Soybean
  1. Began/Brinjal: 1 Big (Grill it on gas/ smoke it)

  2. Soya Granules: ½ cup (soaked & Drain water)

  3. Green Peas: ½ cup (boiled/ optional)

  4. Onion: 2 Big (chopped)

  5. Tomato: 4 Big (chopped)

  6. Green Chilly & Coriander (for garnish)

  7. Salt, Pepper, Red Chilly, garam masala (as per Taste)

  1. Brinjal Smoke it on gas, peel off the burned skin

  2. Soak the nutria Granules in water & Drain water nicely

  3. Stir fry Onion, Tomato, green chilly

  4. Add Soya Granules & roast it; Than add smoked Brinjal & roast for 4-5 minutes.

  5. Add Salt, chili powder, black pepper, garam masala

  6. Serve With Coriander leaves
