Mango Yoghurt

  2. Peaches: 2

  3. Almonds: 10 (presoaked)

  4. Yogurt/ Hung Curd: 200gm

  5. Apple Juice: 100ml

  6. Ginger Juice: ½ spoon

  1. Peel Mango, peaches

  2. Blend the pulp of mango, peaches, and almonds with apple & ginger juice

  3. Add it with hung curd, put crushed mint leaves in it & refrigerate it

  4. Serve chilled with cardamom & cinnamon powder
